A) Fixed service fee + clientβs budget. Time frames will depend on the service(s) chosen.

Q) Are your services for everyone?
A) Yes, my services cater to both females and males.
Q) What if I don’t like some of the items you have picked out?
A) Could happen & might happen. Please remember that I am here to push you outside of your comfort zone and prescribe items that you wouldn’t normally envision yourself in. Instill your trust in me and I promise you I will put something magical together. I will put an initial mood board together to ensure you are happy with the direction we are taking.
Q) What if an item sells out online before I purchase it?
A) Given that this not a physical service where I can go into shops and put items on hold for you, there is a possibility that an item might sell out before you choose to buy it. Unfortunately, this is out of my control. However, at the time of profile presentation, I will ensure that all items are in stock. If the item sells out within 3 days of sending you your profile, I will propose a replacement. Just remember that with online shopping you are competing with 100’s of 1000’s of frockers for that dress. You have to be quick. The good news is that you can opt in for restock notifications.
Q) Why are your services mostly virtual based?
A) Virtual services are at the forefront of the modern world, where our lives are centered around accessibility, time management and the want to stand out. Offering a virtual based personal styling service allows me to select unique online pieces from all over the world whilst saving the client time and minimising costs. However, I have recently added one physical based service to cater to everyone’s needs which is currently available for Auckland clients.
Q) Why you?
A) I truly believe that every person has a vision of what they would like their style to be, but they just need someone to help them take the plunge. A qualification in professional fashion styling is not all I have to show. My knowledge base stems from research and real-life experience. Aside from being a self-confessed shopaholic, I have spent my days and nights browsing through online inventory. Through engaging in the research process, I have come to know where to find items to meet clientβs expectations, quality and price points while still placing intense emphasis on individuality. My passion is dressing the everyday person and seeing the positive impact that a beautifully put together outfit can have on someone’s confidence and self-esteem. My Masters degree in Health Psychology has equipped me with the knowledge of how to understand and connect with people to achieve a desired goal. I know my stuff. Just trust me. I dare you.
